During our unexpected stay at Holiday Inn Express, my children and I were graciously welcomed by a dedicated team. Once settled, we discovered a haven of tranquility, perfect for families seeking comfort and relaxation. Despite our unfortunate circumstances, the staff's kindness shone through every interaction, ensuring we felt at home.Our days were filled with enjoyable activities, including ice skating on Lake Simcoe's picturesque frozen beauty and laughter-filled evenings at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club, courtesy of the hotel's thoughtful complimentary tickets. The hockey team's presence added a lively atmosphere, and we appreciated the hotel's efforts to keep our stay fun and safe.The warm pool, comfortable rooms, and delectable breakfast spread made our mornings delightful. Although minor maintenance issues existed, the overall experience was memorable. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for turning a challenging situation into a cherished family vacation.
